By updating fuel set up do you mean go to return style? 1700 is a whole lotta injector for what you've got BTW.

For E85, yes it is, especially with your combo.
I make over 1000rwhp with your combo on pump E85.

E85, 2.65 and cams and you are considering not doing a return style? I do not see the benefit to be fuel limited on a big boy setup. To see only 800ish whp out of that setup is not taking advantage of all the money invested in the rest of it.

I'm running cams, built bottom end, and 2.65. As everyone else stated gotta go return style, 93 pump on the street, race fuel for track. Unlike most of the others E85 isn't readily available in my area, so I was able to go with a dual instead of a triple pump setup.

Not terrible but unless you get killer discounts, a good shop may give you a reasonable quote.

Easy as long as you're comfortable with basic wiring. I'd go with the Fore controller that's hardwired with the Powerpole connectors. I had their earlier controller and the set screw on the power wire worked it's way a little loose over time....it arced and completely melted the guts of the controller. The new design is extremely secure, those things are never going to come loose.
