A coworker is retiring after 32 years and I would like some gift or party ideas. Years ago I went to my father-in-law’s retirement and he was given a “money tree”, which was a fake tree with twenty-dollar bills tied to it. What have you given or received? He’s in his mid 50s and likes working out and motorcycles.

We gave an old manager we really liked a nice hunting rifle.

In this case, find out what he really wants for his bike and get that. Saddle bags, etc.

His bike is pretty squared away. Four of us took a ride to the Smoky Mountains last year. This is his Heritage.

honestly taking them out to a nice dinner and maybe a small gift should be more than enough.

Make it into a pseudo bachelor party. Cruise somewhere on the bikes to checkout a sporting event of his choice (Nascar, MLB, NBA), maybe checkout what the city has to offer Atlanta or Tampa come to mind for your location and then do some partying.
