My in laws live in Surprise. I live in Glendale so not far. There are a lot of SVTP members in AZ.

I almost bought a house in Glendale, but it was a little too small for my family. Glendale is nice. I can't wait to explore the whole area =)

Surprise has the best race track in the state. That and F-16s and F-35s zipping around. Win win

Road course and autocross..... Arizona Motorsports Park. The only drag strip I know of is Wild House Pass and that's a really long drive from Surprise

Some weekend, make the run to Tortilla Flats East of Phoenix in front of Superstition Mtn. It will take a couple hours.

Trust me on this one.

Grab lunch at the diner, then head back. That road and 89a up the rim are mandatory AZ drives.

AMP is in Litchfield Park, not too far away from Surprise but closer the rest of civilization

89A is definitely a must drive in the fall because of change of colors. It’s also a ton of fun. I’ve pushed my little ST pretty hard on that road before. Just gotta be careful around certain areas due to pedestrians.
