From what I read, it looks like the 13’s-14’s make about 15 psi. I took the car out today and the car made 17. Today was a 39 degree day and I did a third gear pull only up 5,000 rpms.

Does anyone know what the psi should be?

Thanks

14-15psi

Cold day maybe have added a pound but 2-3 sounds strange.
Any mods?

The car has a FRPP 65mm throttle body and a JLT carbon fiber 127mm intake. It went from 16-17psi.

Ok that makes sense.
Good rule of thumb especially on a PD blower car:

Reduce restriction before blower equals More boost
Reduce restriction after blower equals Less boost

Stock being 15# on a cold day now is 17# with a TB and JLT.

I thought the stock boost measurement gauge on these cars was always high, like a 1lb or 2lb PSI off?

My dash PSI gauge can read 18-19.5 boost at WOT. But more accurate direct connect boost gauges at two different shops read max at 16.5psi boost with my FBO's. I have my psi boost displayed when driving mostly watching how/if it's entering boost at all. The dash gauge is fun to look at and can be reliable in the event of a vacuum/boost leak .....but it's not accurate.
