So I got tired of my 2010 G37S sedan, started casually looking for a Hemi 300. Found EXACTLY what I was looking for, test drove, and bought within 3 days. The 8 speed is smooth, Hemi has decent power, and this car is comfortable as hell. Really happy with my purchase.

Very nice!! I really like the "S" trim, it makes them look sporty.
I just wish they came with the same engine programming as the 5.7/8sp Challenger. Seems like they toned down the 300 quite a bit, maybe to keep it more refined?
I was hoping the S cars would have a more aggressive tune than the rest, to match the looks!
But you can't beat what you get for the money spent, these things are usually pretty sweet deals!

I am on my 3rd hemi powdered 300, great cars. If they would have made a 2015+ SRT 8 i would have it too. So just stuck with my 2013 srt8 300.

A tune really wakes these cars up too. I would suggest saving up and getting the Corsa Extreme exhaust to really enjoy the car, you got a Hemi you need to at least hear it when you put your foot down. The corsa extreme does drone a bit on my 6.4 when in eco mode but is quiet until you get on it than it screams. Buddy has it on his 5.7L charger and it sounds as good.

Nice! I've really liked the 300 ever since the facelift in 2011. We bought a 2011 new when they came out and my wife loved it. Traded it in on a truck a few years back. My wife loved that one so much I had to get her another. She wanted more power this time around than the 5.7 so I bought her a 2012 300 SRT8. Also in white. Really wish they would have kept the SRT option on the 2015+ 300 in the US. We would have bought one of those instead.

Thanks everyone!

As far as tuning, I didn’t know there was a difference in programming between this and the Charger. I know this is 7 hp fewer, but I haven’t driven a Charger so I don’t know if it can be felt or not. What’s the difference? Throttle response, gearing? I know this is pretty aggressive when in sport mode.

Exhaust will be Borla S Type mufflers and resonator delete. I’ve listened to a few YouTube videos and that’s what I like best. My 2012 5.0 has Roush AB with O/R X pipe so it’s wake the dead loud. Don’t need that in my daily lol. Just need a nice rumble with little to no drone.

I can’t really tell gas mileage yet, I think it’s around 18-19 whereas my G was about 22, but I’ve only filled up once since buying, and I’ve only owned for 10 days lol. Taking a trip to my Dad’s in Alabama tomorrow so I should be able to get a good glimpse of highway MPGs.

Just listened to both the Corsa Extreme & Sport on YouTube. I don’t know how I missed those, they both sound great! But I can’t bring myself to spend $1600 on a cat back.

300 do make a nice DD. Congratulations on finding that one. Looks nice. Are those aftermarket wheels? I like them.

@CobraBob no these are stock on the S trims. Thinking about going back with 22” replicas that look identical.

Update on MPGs: I’ve been driving on Sport mode because I like the firmer, quicker shifts. However, it does not shift into 8th gear doing that. So on my trip today I drove there in Sport mode, but home on regular. My MPGs for today climbed to 23 total. So I call it a wash with the G37S. And she performed perfectly on the 5.5 hour round trip. I’m loving this car so far.

Buddy spent 700-1000 on his flowmaster heard mine and the next day ordered the Corsa setup. I have tried everything on the hemi cars from cutting out mufflers just the resonators, gut everything, gut everything with glass packs, flowmasters, etc. Corsa Extreme worth it all day.

I was like you never would I believe a $1600 catback was better than a $700-800 but once I installed this I learned. I immediately went out and bought a magnaflow catback for my cobra and it was like a totally different car, NVH was way down and still sounds amazing. I will never own another flowmaster exhaust lol.

Got mine for $20k, 31k miles, fully loaded for the S. 300C has a few extras that mine doesn't have. Still have a few months on the 5yr 100k powertrain warranty as well.
