SUVs are hot, and upscale SUVs are commanding big bucks. So, yeah, I'd expect a Hummer (all-electric) about the same size as the H1, around $100K.

GM is investing $3B in their Detroit-Hamtramck plant to build electric SUV, trucks and vans.

They are at least off to a good start by not calling it a Camaro :D

I’ve always loved the H1 but the diesel powering it was underwhelming the Instant torque from the electric motors would be cool. I’d like to see the renderings.

I'm a big fan of the H1 as well. Making it all electric? Well, depends on the range it can travel I suppose.

0-60 is apparently 3 flat... In a Hummer.

Imagine running your GT500/Redeye/ZL1 on a prepped surface and a stock Hummer keeping up with you. Unprepped, forget about it.

So what do you do when you are out on a trail and your battery runs down? Oh, what am I saying. Non of these will ever leave the pavement.

Plan for the length of trip exactly like you need to do with a gas powered truck?
