Had a great stint at Buttonwillow today chasing a Lamborghini Super Trofeo around the track, and through some traffic which provided context for just how fast we were going. Both cars turned 1:46 laps (mine was a 1:46.28 on the MoTec) and great fun was had.

Enjoy!

Thanks for the fun ride! LOL. Yeah, your GT4 is a beast, driven by the Beast Master. Seriously, your driving skills are top notch.

Looks fun.

It’s wild how much later you were on the brakes than he was. Testament to the braking ability of your car, or size of kahoonas?

Very nice, that is some serious braking capabilities. And that Lambo has some impressive power off the corners. Would you have run faster times without him in front of you? Kind of looked like it on several laps.

The Lambo can stop every bit as quickly as the Mustang. Part of the difference appeared to be driver familiarity with the track. I'm also comfortable pitching the car in and using front end scrub to take some of the entry speed off.

I think the Mustang has a 1:45 in it, yes.

The sound of that transmission might as well be Turbos or a supercharger. Intoxicating.

good work

That looked like tons of fun. I’m actually going to be attending this track on the 28th of Feb for the first time. Supper excited to say the least.

Laguna Seca is next in my list!

You ever drive a 911 cup car? That's next on my list.
