Like the title says, I’m the market. Prefer Chicanes but will consider Classics, SP500s, or Plasmas. Polished or brushed only. I do have a big brake kit up front.

Cash or PayPal ready to go. PM me if you have a set and we can go from there.

Appreciate it!

Well bbs won’t be clearing your brake kit if it’s anything other than factory

If that’s the case BBS is off the list. Thanks for that.

Serious buyer with cash or PayPal ready! Want to move fast and I’ll consider all options on the CCW or True Forged line. If you have another brand feel free to send me a PM. thank you.

You also need to be careful of brake clearance on CCW Classics. I bought a new set for my Cobra, and remember CCW advised me to buy only Wilwoods because the calipers don’t stick out as far. And I bought the big brake profile version of the wheels. I did buy a set of Wilwoods but never installed them before selling the car, so I don’t have first hand experience. If you have Brembos, you can print up the profiles full scale from blueprints on the internet, which allows you to check with certainty. Good luck!

Yep, I’ve heard that as well. I have Wilwoods so hopefully I don’t run into any issues. In any case, thanks for letting me know.

Wilwood will work with classics, not brembos. Nothing will work with bbs rk's. This is all from first hand experience.
I loved my polished rk's but wanted bigger brakes so they had to go.
Good luck on your search

What size wilwood will work with classics? I don’t have the big brake cut versions but I have a set of cobra r calipers I want to install and would like to upgrade to a 6 piston wilwood brake kit.

i can not confirm what works with non big brake cut ones, mine were cut for brakes. Best bet is to go to wilwood site and download the cad drawing of the caliper you are looking at and send it to ccw along with the serial number of your wheels. They can tell you if would work

Here are a few potentially helpful resources, as you work on determining fitment. The procedure outlined on the Race Technologies website is the only way I know of to determine with certainty whether aftermarket brakes will fit your wheels. They are a Brembo distributor and only have blueprints for Brembos. But, I just looked on the Wilwood website, and it appears they post all of their blueprints too. So, you should be able to use these blueprints as described on the Race Technologies website to see if the brakes you want to buy fit your wheels.

I sold a set of aftermarket wheels recently to a guy out of town with large 6 piston Brembos- This technique provided the right answer, even when the vendor I bought the wheels from told me they wouldn't fit the brakes!
