should i go with -10 feed -8 return, -8 feed/return, or -10 feed/return? this is with a whipple 2.9, stock motor, 1 3/4in lt's, dual 405lph pumps, 80lb injectors, around 22-23#'s on e85.
Fore/Malcolm said -8 is plenty for most builds. I'm running -8 feed and return. My FPR is in the wheel well behind the headlight basically. I set mine up as a deadhead because I couldn't run the return line how I liked for a flow through set up. So mine feeds the front passenger side rail, crossover behind the blower, and a plug on the driver side.

I ran mine up the drivers side, -10 feed and -8 return. Mounted the regulator right behind the strut tower. I run a -10 line into a wye block behind the blower, then feed each rail with -8. I do not run a EGR and all my emissions stuff has been removed so there is plenty of room back there.

You doing deadhead or no?

That will change routing options somewhat.

But I used the metal wire ties that you get with header wrap to secure them to the existing fuel line.

I’m deadhead and reg is behind fender liner.

Filter is in kindof a pocket of the unibody back by the pass side rear wheel.

I’ll try and find a pic. Used my factory filter mount

It’s a return setup I’ll be installing soon. That’s a good idea on the metal zip ties - I’ll look into getting some. Pictures would be awesome! Thanks

I’ll see if they are on my laptop.

Neither of my phones have them.

Gotcha on return but need to know if you’re deadhead or pass through (deadhead is reg before rails/pass through is reg after rails)

I followed my stock fuel line up with -10an using the rubber/metal grommet with screws. Got into the engine bay and branched into dual 8s. Returned back to engine with -10an on driver side.

I followed the stock line routing with zip-tied -10 feed, regulator behind passenger fender/door (deadhead), -8 return to tank following same routing, two -8 lines from reg ports to rear of each fuel rail, and a crossover on the front with fuel pressure gauge. I have since removed the FRPS due to my tuner not using it.

I ran mine up the driver side, along the subframe connector. Fuel filter is mounted along the subframe connector as well, toward the front of the driver door.
