I bet it is a very fun daily. What was so lacking in the Focus RS? My fiancé and I have considered picking a used one up in a few years as the fun daily.

had to laugh at the bridgewater acura tag, that dealer for years has always had a used car lot 10X more interesting than its new car lot. Someone on here years ago told me they knew the used car manager and he always made it a point to buy used enthusiast cars from auctions, they've had a few BMW's go through the dealer my friend works at for pre-sale maintenance.

enjoy the new ride!

I was up in the parking garage they have and it was floor after floor of things to look at. More impressive than some of the car meets around here nowadays.

The RS was a great car, but I'm 30 and wanted something more refined. It also had a low ceiling as far as the power it could make, and it was bouncy. It was fun as hell on the track though, but I considered this car due to how well it performs on the track. Plus the ATS-V gives me that feeling when i turn around and look at it, something the focus never did.

Thanks for the comments everyone.

There’s an ATS-V coupe running around town here on Welds big n’ littles. Seen it run at the track keeping up with a lot of fast trailered cars. Got lucky enough to run it as I was nervous after seeing it perform and I was just on my street tune.

Interesting. 1/8 mile? Wonder why he was running bigs/littles for what appeared to be a pretty slow ATSV.

1/8 yes. He needs more mods to be a better race. Then race tune for me and it would look just the same or worst.

Both cars looked slow to be honest.

A bolt on/tune atsv should trap high 120s and should be able to beat most stock blower cobras.

You sure that was a V you raced and not the base 2.0 four cylinder?

I'd own one but after watching this and all the expensive tidbits in the motor....yikes. Impressive numbers and happy to see it comes in a manual.

Edit....NVM just watched a full car overview video....I want one LOL
