Decided to save my mint OEM Headlights and put a set of these clear corner lights in. I love the look just wish the quality was similar to OE.

Long story short, pulled the cover back, put these in and plugged in the battery tender.

I’m starting to hoard OEM parts View attachment 1613968

Man, that looks great! I just did the same mod on my OW on saturday. :)

Took a moment to make the harnesses neat and correct after hearing about the sad news over at Simpson Racing.

Took mine to the track after a 2 year absence.
I have been spending time in the last year on my TTSaleen but the Cobra has been patiently waiting its turn to go back. LOL.
The mods since last outing are - Nations billet alternator and solid 8.8 rearend conversion. I also added the N2MB 2-step and WOT box, but being away from a 6 speed car for a while had me a little rusty on the shifts. Haha. The track wasn't prepped so the 2-step didn't do much and I resorted to riding the clutch out for my 2nd and 3rd passes.
Overall happy with this old school VMP 2.3 supercharger, ARH long tube headers, and E85 conversion.
Enjoy!

It’s was cold today . I drove to the garage where my cobra is and wipe down the interior with some 303 protection and hook up the battery tender to the battery .

Damned cold made me leave a few things half finished for a bit.

Today I managed to put the shifter back together after changing the trans fluid recently and worked on pulling the lower pulley so I can change the inner belt.

I think this is great. Too many times I see an awesome engine bay and then I see a master cylinder full of dirty black brake fluid.

Agreed. I am flushing all of my fluids every two years regardless of use and the car rarely gets driven.
