Doesn't matter which shop has which machine it comes down to the person doing the job. A hap hazard person using the best equipment available can still F up your expensive wheels whether they are CF or not.
A dedicated person who cares and take the time to do it right can use a standard basic tire changing machine and knock it out of the park with a damage free job.
