I removed the rotor pack from the blower while still on the car. Very easy to do. The blower looks perfect. Clean, smooth, no build up of anything. I’m going to post a picture of the rotor pack. There is slight wear and scratches on the coating but none are “deep” scratches or gouges. Does this look like normal wear? I also took 1500 grit sandpaper just to make the scratches smooth to the touch.

The polished leading edges are normal. The scratches are from debris.

I did have a nose drive oil seal and retainer break on me. When I opened it up I didn’t find anything inside. I cleaned it thoroughly. Must have been particles from the seal and retainer. Nose drive bearing front and rear were intact as well as rotor pack bearings. I did send my nose drive to Jon Bond for a rebuild. I smoothed the scratches out. Will the scratches be harmful to the supercharger?
