Case will get thrown out. No doubt about it.

I do think it's well within his right to sue, but as with any law suit, a certain degree of objectivity must be had to determine it's probability. And in this case, he exercised very little of it while simultaneously having short term memory loss.

Nothing surprises me anymore. And I wouldn't again be surprised if he gets a judgement in his favor. Likely? No. Possible with a good attorney? Yeah. o_O

We need a loser pay system, and the lawyers need to be held accountable for any frivolous lawsuit.

That made me LOL literally! Yes...... only in America does a criminal sue after being prosecuted with kid gloves due to his celebrity status and getting a pass for filing a false report which is a Felony and wasting over $100K on an investigation of fraud.

THEN goes on national TV to claim his innocence and how's he's a victim vs. shutting the **** up and letting it fade away along with his career. U really can't even make shit like this up! Smfh‍♂️

Btw that prosecutor looks like a Baboon! Literally! She is disgusting and should have been arrested for corruption!

Here's the thing. That sort of exists in the case of civil suits where you win. You can sue for attorney costs as I'm sure you're aware. I think in that instance it's plenty fine.

Imagine losing a civil case on a technicality, having to pay the other person, their lawyer, then pay the court. You'd basically guarantee a civil suit as a life or death situation. You lose, you go bankrupt. And good people who are in the right don't always win.

The problem in America is that an attorney can bring a unwinnable frivolous suit against a person or a company, not in the hopes of winning, but in the hopes of getting paid to go away. Attorneys use people, who have no means of paying, to bring these suits because if the person or company being sued say **** you we are going to fight it, it isn't the attorney that they have recourse against it is the poor worthless bastard the attorney used to bring the suit. Who is going to spend money to go after some without a pot to piss in for the attorney fees? The way the system is setup now, the poor **** bringing suit has nothing to lose and can only gain, the same goes for the attorney bringing the suit. The defendant is the one with everything to lose even if they win.
