Head porting? jack shaft bolts? Oil pump? Lots of questions

So long story short run e85 and just up my injector cc. Better safety net and better non detonantion. I believe the fuel pumps i have can make that much hp with e85. I already plan on getting 1000cc injectors. Would i need to switch to a returnstyle fuel system

Pumps you have will not support anywhere close to 800rwhp on E85. Even if you add a bap and upgrade to a - 8 feed line that will only support around 700rwhp returnless. If you want to make 800rwhp you need to go return style with larger pumps. E85 requires about 30% more fuel at WOT so you'll need atleast enough pump to support 1150rwhp on 93 in order to have enough for 800rwhp on E85.

Id go bigger than 1000cc injectors at 800 on E85 as well but as mentioned those pumps wont come close to be being big enough

It makes 492 to the wheels at 10 psi with a 3.33 pulley . The car is just a weekedn warrior maybe 2000 miles a year

You're in the ballpark of my Mach on 93. 11.3psi with 11* of timing made 460rwhp through an auto. Made 509rwhp on E85 with 14* timing and ran 11.00. Have 16* in it now so probably around 540rwhp. Stock 10:1 compression motor. I only put about 800 miles on it during the summer.

Non stock internals ? i know my tuner said it has more he was just very conservative on the timing cause of the stock bottom end

I wouldn't put more timing in it on 93 if it's already making almost 500rwhp on stock internals. Tuner has to keep it somewhat safe. My car didn't want more than 11.25*. E85 is 105 octane and burns alot cooler so it will like much more timing.

I think im gonna take your advice and maybe shoot for 700hp.
