My car has been down for 14 months after doing some data logging with the new Procharger head unit. I upgraded from the D1sc making 860whp to the F1a-94 in hopes for a 1000whp goal. On my L&M aluminator clone engine, I developed a knock while making datalog pulls. The knock wasn't a complete engine failure but was related to my "upgraded" timing chain guides. Long story short, I took some time off from the hobby and built another long block.

Fast forward from the 14 months of the car being down. My bank account recovered, L&M built me a long block, C&D Autotech did the leg work, Lund has dialed in the street logs, and Fran at RPM was the main antagonist.

First pull - 1211whp 848wtq SAE on 26psi. Not only did it exceed my expectations but the boost was also higher than expected. I sent Lund a few logs before the dyno run but they had the stock Procharger intake and air filter on. Today, I was running a 4" open volute...less restriction = moar boost.

Second pull - 1244whp 873wtq SAE on 28psi. My nerves are tapped out at this point and I want off of the dyno. Fran, then sends Lund a text that why isn't this POS pulling past 8000rpm. Lund, while on their way to the Mod Nats then updates my car with the Cobra Jet map and RPM added more base fuel pressure...

Third pull - 1301whp 873wtq SAE on 30psi and the car tapped the ID1300's out. Today is a day when I'm proud to have C&D, Lund, RPM, and L&M all supporting me. It was very stressful day but in the long run the those same companies made it all happen.

Wow!!! Congratulations man, glad to see you stuck it out
Thanks, it's been a rough road for sure.

Jesus that’s a lot of power on a centrifugal blower!!
Keep in mind the engine is built to the hills also. Ported heads, 12:1 compression, cams, ect. The more efficient the motor is the better it will react with boost.

Bad ass!

Vic
Thank you sir!

HOLY CRAP. Excited to see some video and CONGRATS!
Thank you! I'm excited but the car isn't 100% for the track this year.

Nice, what trans and clutch? Weight?
It’s no joke with a manual street car to go 8s, I just went 9.55@154 at 4000# with a Magnum XL, so I wish you luck!
Awesome power, you’ll definitely have a top end charge going, should be fun at 160+

Ive been 9.6 at 147 with 475whp less in the same car. Take everything ive learned and throw it out the window with the new setup.

Trans is a built stage 3 mt82 with the gforce gear set. The clutch is an rxt which cannot hold this power at the track. The car is about 3550-3600 race weight.

Badass numbers, are you worried about snapping the crank with that power? I know it's a contreversial subject but all the procharger haters say that they snap cranks especially at high HP levels.

Congrats. Very impressive.

Prior to this power. How has the built MT82 been holding up?

It's not talked about much...but all crank failures are ATI damper related so far. If you go on 6g the whipple cars are 2x ahead of all other power adders for crank failures. If mine fails, i'll just deal with it.

I only had 20 miles on the trans before the last engine was retired. No track times or any fast shifts on it so far so I really can't give a review. Keep in mind with this trans you will have to have your tuner recalibrate the speedometer.
