I saw this kit at a show today. It looks....weird. I thought it was the Marauder bracket kit at first, but couldn't see why it would be used on a Cobra. I spoke with the owner before I saw it up close and it is an 03 Cobra.

Haha! That's a good way to fix the Cobra alternator problem! Looks to be a good source of belt wrap too.

Or you buy an 04 longblock and swap the 01 timing cover on to use the brackets. I went through the trouble of doing so when I did my swap so I didn’t have to deal with the alternator issues. 5+ yrs later still on the same one.

Also looks like a 6 rib, not 8 rib belt. And what a weird crossover tube.... I think it was a 99-01 converted to look like an 03-04. Too many small differences.

Interesting with the alt setup.....no doubt that would help keep the alt from cooking, but damn it really screws up the aesthetics underhood.

I'll take my chances with the alt down below. And deleted egr.....so much cleaner look.
