Hello , so my question basically is how much hp can i expect to gain from going from stock manifolds to 1 3/4 ARH Longtubes roughly ?
I have a ported Eaton , plenum , and TB . Pulley
My tuner says i should go with 1 7/8 header but for my car i think that’s overkill . I’m not moving enough air , i think the 1 3/4 is plenty . So what can i look forward to ?

No clue, but I’m subscribing. Ever thought about reaching out to Kurgan Motorsports? Ask them since they have tuned a ton of cobra’s.

I would find a new tuner if he recommends 1-7/8" for your build. way too big and if you pair it with 3" you would lose Tq. To the first question maybe a good 35-40rwhp.

Kurgan is a great place. He does a fantastic job tuning and has great prices.

1 3/4 primaries will be optimal for everything under 800hp, give or take. Stay with a 2.5" collector and 2.5" all the way back.

No way to approximate power gains as you haven't listed the crossover pipe you're currently using or the one you plan to pair the headers with.

headers are one of the best mods imo, refines exhaust note to a new level, and these motors sound great

If you want $$ for HP, not much beats a blower swap
