They replaced my 2 carrier bearings, pinion seal, and both axle seal. Also replaced both pinion bearings, and crush sleeve. Was 1,100 dollars . 6 hours of labor they charged. I guess that was diagnosis, fix, and test drive.

Anyway it is crazy how quiet it is now. I didn’t realize how much noise it’s been making for a long time. Pretty happy with it. Now if only I could get rid of the lil bit of gear whine I got. Damn 3:73 gears! Lol

Glad you got rid of most of the noise...that can be so annoying! As for the 3:73 whine/whir....seems that's the trade off on having them vs. stock gears. I have the same on mine....and I know others here have commented about it as well.

Seems reasonable to me. Glad you got it worked out. Call me crazy but I kind of like the 373 whine. It's soothing, lol.

Hahaa wow , it's crazy that you like the gear whine.

I have my car since 6 years now and everytime I drive on highway , I hate my car so much because of the gear whine. I was many times thinking to sell the car because of this. But kept it in the end.

It really annoys me
