Looking for some good information before I pull the trigger on a new suspension.

part list i have in mind is Steeda billet lower control arms, Steeda upper 3rd link adjustable, Steeda upper chassis mount bracket for the 3rd link, Steeda adjustable Panhard bar, BMR control arm relocation brackets, strange drag shocks adjustable rebound, strange drag struts adjustable rebound, would this setup work?

right now I just have a completely stock setup on a Svtpp other then a 315/35/20 NT-05r.

I probably go to the track about 6 times a year but I would want it to hook on the street as well.

I would try and stick with one brand of suspension parts vs mixing and matching, that said Steeda and BMR both make great stuff. Personally if I was going your route I would do all BMR rear suspension parts. Also if you are sensitive to NVH then don't mess with your UCA, if you don't mind then change this out as well.

-LCA adjustable with both sides heim end, let you dial in thrust angle so car will track straighter when traction is lost and heim ends won't blow out like poly end stuff will from track launches.
-Relocation brackets might not be needed at stock SVTPP height, you want the LCA axel mounting point slight lower than the chassis mounting point. With factory height you might already have this or at most I could see using the top hole on the relocation brackets.
-UCA adjustable with heim end, let you dial in the pinion angle for better traction on launches.
-Adjustable panhard bar, get the rear end centered in the chassis. You could do all heim end or heim/poly end for this one.
-Shocks and Struts I would do Vi-King double adjustable

I went a completely different route with my suspensions but if I was going more drag oriented the above is what I would have done.

I went all BMR with Viking and Strange. LOVED the setup so much more than my factory SVTPP setup.

New GT500 strut mounts
Strange single adjustable struts
Viking Warrior shocks
BMR Drag Springs
BMR front camber bolts (not needed)
BMR upper control arm with poly bushing
BMR UCA mount
BMR UCA rear end bushing
BMR lower control arms with poly / rod end bushing combo
BMR lower control arm relocation brackets
BMR adjustable panhard with poly bushings
BMR upper panhard support

ETA: Buy yourself an angle locator and measure and setup your pinion correctly. It is a PITA but is 100% necessary.

I was a BMR guy. Decent stuff. Most of my rear suspension is pulled off at the moment. The joy of rod ends. I suspect that the set of BMR relo brackets I purchased were a shade out of spec.

Ill be going with UPR products when i focus on the rear end in the future.

Are you mostly concerned with street or strip? I swapped my rear springs and shocks (SVTPP) with Viking 150# springs, BPS Billet Adjustable perches and Viking DA Warriors. With a STOCK SVTPP front suspension if feels much nicer. Had ZERO issues hooking on prep out of the hole. Felt a lot more planted on a few launches with my NT05Rs on the street with the BMR stuff bolted on as well.

I drive my car everywhere it’s more like my daily driver when I’m home from work. But I want it to hook a lot better then what it does right now lol, my 60 ft times are just sh*t 2.0 and 2.1, would like to see at lest a 1.6

I’m after hearing a lot of good stuff about Viking shocks.

They are solid for sure. The Warrior and Crusader shocks are rebuildable. BUT the Crusader can be done at home. The warrior has to be sent in to Viking. Ive had my Warriors on for 20k miles as a DD and as of last year weekend/cruising and Ive yet to have an issue.

Each click on the adjustment does something for rebound and compression. I have mine set to 0 compression and 2 rebound for street driving and feels great with the front SVTPP stock setup. My opinion of course

Eventually Id like to get a set of Strange front struts. But the rear? Viking all the way. I have to say that Id highly recommend the Viking springs and BPS adjustable perches. Perches are necessary with the springs as the springs are significantly shorter. But the nice part is that you get to dial in your rear ride height.

I have mine set at stock SVTPP rear height, but a drop of an inch is done in under a half hour if I want.

I have a 2011 GT500, all Steeda suspension parts, except shocks, which I can’t recall but they are adjustable.

Steeda makes great parts, I have always had good luck with their service and quality. I literally have almost everything they make suspension wise and the car handles fantastic.
