That was pretty much my goal with my 2013 GT, I wanted to be in the 11's on stock-sized street tires. Of course, now that I got that, I'm pondering if I should attempt it with the front sway bar off and adjustable struts/shocks (these are sitting in the garage waiting to get installed), or just bite the bullet and get sticky tires LOL.

Are you going to road race the car at all?

I just saw your thread. You have done alot to your car. That cars a beast!!

The only road racing is to work .
No intentions. I just wanted the car and now I just want the 500 which I can't afford.

No drag radials I take it?
My point is I did this on street tires. Everybody that owns a 350 know they suck on the dragstrip. That's why this was an impressive run. Had to ride the clutch to hold traction.
Let's see your timeslip

I missed the part about street tires in the title, you’ve got the mph for 10s but you need a real tire.

I ran mine on Hoosiers at the track.

The video stinks I know. Here is last year's best run on the one day I went. Keep in mind this was against a 25 + mph headwind which was the reason for the 119 mph . No change was made other than da and wind. This year da was -125 or so. Last year +600 off memory.

I've got considerably more done than just a tune on my '13 GT, but was able to knock down an 11.89 @ 120.8 this past weekend on stock-sized Eagle F1 Supercars.

impressive given those tires are trash.

I ran a 1.72 sixty-foot on Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar 3's. They are the "Camaro" compound, but are pretty damn impressive. They get sticky when heated and wear like iron on the road course. I also get a hook-up at Goodyear for about $1050 out the door with road hazard. I love them.

I really like the F1's. Not as much as I did the stock Pirelli's (that everyone also seems to hate on), but I've gotten my best 60's on the F1's and pretty close to those with the P-Zero compound.

I guess I assumed they were same as the 2s which I had and would not recommend. Good to hear they improved them.

Michelin super sport. Fr 295-35-19 rear 305-35-19
That's definitely impressive. I've got MPSS's on my 20's, and they don't stick at all. I think my best 60' with those, is a 2.03?

20x9.5 275/35R20 and 20x11 315/35R20

Nice launch! That is an impressive run for a tune and x pipe, imo. WAs that full weight? What gear and what size Hoosier? Launch technique?

Thanks. It was a base model car with the back seat and the carpet from the front seats back out. Stock 3.73 gear. 28x11.5 quick time pro.
