I have a 2013. Can the 2015 shifter with the reverse lockout be installed in the 2013?

Do you mean a shifter assembly like you will see from MGW or Barton where you are taking the stock shift unit out and replacing it? If so, I am not 100% positive, but I would say no. There could be different dimensions of the shifter unit especially since the center console area is a different size. Not only that but I have not seen a 2013-2016 shifter for a Mustang from a reputable company. It just makes me think you can't without at the very least decent modification. My recommendation for the shifter, get one that fits your car 100% from a reputable company like MGW.
