I'm looking for suggestions to buy quality electrical supplies. Connectors, wires, tools, etc... I'm doing more and more automotive wiring projects(racecar type stuff) and want to step up my game from the generic parts store junk connectors. Not sure if there is really a good source for better stuff? I see tons of options on Amazon but they all still look pretty generic, can't tell the good stuff from the bad. Or does it even matter?

Any pros out there with advice? Also interested in reading material for better techniques, do's and don'ts etc. Other sites/forum suggestions welcome too. I'm far from clueless, but always looking to improve!

I really like Deutsch connectors, I get them from Wire Care. You can usually find the crimpers cheaper on Amazon.

Uninsulated ring terminals for grounds from Dell City along with heat shrink with the sealing glue on the inside

Ballenger has lots of factory type terminals.

Appreciate the info so far everyone! I'm mostly looking for assortments of connectors, not for a specific project where I just buy the stuff I need.

If money doesn't matter, anything that's rated for aviation use should be more than overkill.

My dad still has connectors from when he was an A&P and they work extremely well.
