13 year old girl charged with felony for pointing finger gun at school

Zero tolerance rules are a CYA for the school board and to make life easier for the Administrators. Now, they don't have to make a judgment decision.

However, if the school misses signs of a potential shooter like in ALL of the mass school shootings of recent news, not their fault.

This case is a double edged sword, but you would think that all the people trained in childhood development and physiology getting paid by the school districts could come up with a better answer than jail. I understand the local PD doesn't want to see a case of the girl shooting up the school, but this seems way out of line.

Modern society is full of pussies. Thats the reason all of this shit is happening.

The article didn't even say whether or not her finger was loaded.

This is a whole lot of nothing, for both kids.

Jesus Christ is that really a big deal. Have we become that pussified? I mean if you ask me if I could kill 5 people, I gotta be honest it take me a few hours to wittle the list down. It isn't like she threatened kill anyone, which btw if she did she should she a therapist and maybe be monitored, not charged with a felony. Even at 13 yo that felony will follow her the rest of her life.

These days we often hear of someone shooting up a bunch of innocent people just going about their lives. When you hear that the A-hole threw up his hands and begged cops not to shoot him so he can waste court time and money and get fed for the rest of his life don't you dislike him quite a bit more than the one who saves a bullet for himself and ends it? Somehow it seems wrong but I know I do.

When I see a kid misbehaving during a lesson I give to my third graders I often point a finger gun at them and say: I gotcha. Focus on what we are doing so we can all succeed. I'm still employed.

Meh, no shooting civil war is a foot, but there is a fight for the soul of the USA.

Sides, if leftists, ANTIFA or liberals in general think they have a snowball's chance in hell of beating a heavily armed, proficient and pissed off right then they have a VERY rude awakening coming.

Right now the right is being level headed and calmly accepting what is going on. What does a civil war look like today? Is people acting violent, stealing belongings (hats) burning them in the streets? Is it physical harm to the “other side”? Is it constant attempts to silence and intimidate? If the right was as angry and out of control as the far left right now I think we would be seeing small wars all over in big cities. People are being beaten. What happens when the right starts to fight back? It will be like a NFL team playing a bunch of 5th graders.

The right has not received fair justice in these situations so the antifa **** along with their city’s officials have been able to get away with this bullshit. It is going to get ugly. How far can the left push?

You're looking at it wrong. The reality is the Left controls the police, lawyers, most of the DOJ, most of the intelligence community, most of the government, the media, and publishers like Facebook,Google, Twitter.

Example, The Right tries to peacefully assemble and see the President make a speech. They are assaulted and beaten 1000's of times and nothing happens. No one is arrested. The Left is allowed to beat the Right without recourse.
Now imagine if that would've happened to someone on there way to see Obama. It would've been a Hate crime, civil rights violation, legislation would've been proposed, 24/7 exposure on the media etc.

The Left will never have to fire a shot. The government will do that for them. The Left is organized, well funded, and strategically placed.
The Right consists of small groups (Freedom caucus, NRA, GOA, Breitbart, etc) and mostly individuals. Any of which gets too powerful the Left is there to unleash it's entire arsenal in order to destroy them, professionally, personally, & financially.

Just look at the last 3 years of who the Left has taken out, (General Flynn, etc, etc.). Look at the 1000's of people beaten on camera for wearing hats or going to see a speech. Look at the 1000's of examples of 15 y/o kids with "punchable faces" getting bullied, or little girls getting chased by violent communists.
The war is all but over, it's just a matter of crushing the last pockets of resistance, all they need for that is more gun control and hate speech laws.

We know what the Constitution says. We know that it cannot be amended on a whim. 2/3 of the STATES must ratify the changes. If you live in a blue state, then leave for a free state.

There WILL be a shooting war if the Constitution is amended against the wishes of the majority of the country. Liberals may be loud, but they are not the majority.

Fear not brother, believe in the Constitution and the founding principles of our country. Raise your kids to be good , constitution loving Americans. Take them shooting and educate them on firearms. Take the goddamned ipads away and get them off the internet. Talk to them about the responsibility that comes with living in a free country.

It's up to us to do a better job of raising our kids than the baby boomers and GenX did.
