Yeah, I have a buddy who can't really even do a lot of walking, but he can work hard, pain-free, on an elliptical.

Funny how some (most) people look for any excuse to do no PT at all, while others will put a lot of effort into figuring out some way they can PT around whatever issues they have.

if you wanted a treadmill I have a friend who's basically asking for peanuts for it. Are you worried about joint pressure?

No I just prefer an elliptical because to me, it’s easier to do HIIT. Plus until my credit bounces back from all the medical bills, I’m living with my dad and he’s trying to get off his diabetic meds and exercise more. I know he likes the elliptical more
