I’ve talked to numerous contractors who purchase 10+ trucks every few years, they always got Ford trucks. Until recently, they are just too expensive, now it seems everyone is getting Rams. $3k savings purchasing 100 trucks is about $300k in savings. It adds up fast.

I've notices that with the Tradesman Rams.

So same shit as every other dealer? Ok?

How about they work on:

Lowering your out of control vehicle pricing

Better product quality across the board

Selling exciting products and actually marketing them.

My mistake. I was looking at the 4x4 stx. My point is still valid as owners who for many years purchased ford time and time again are now switching to ram. When asked it’s all about pricing.

2015 Mustang GT PP and Recaro was $35k msrp. Now it’s almost $41k and you can’t get the recaros without spending $6k more for nearly $47k msrp.

I wanted to buy Ford in July but even with all their incentives not one dealer would lock down a price.

I looked at your inventory Nick and you did not have STX 4x4 F150 with CA emissions.

Still a huge fan of Ford but their choices these last 3 to 4 years are driving many people away.
I wanted the new Bronco but that’s been delayed and will probably be $50k.

All F150s are CA compliant.

Like said above...all F-150s are CA emission compliant.

If a truck is ordered to a dealership outside of CA, we can't order it with the sticker.

Why does it list CA emission on some stickers but not all? This is from Washington state.

I imagine Ford allows dealers in states surrounding California to add the sticker on there.

I cannot order one shipped to my dealership with it.

Interesting. Thanks, considering they all have it you would think that they all would be labeled or none of them would.

All 250/350 ca compliant too?

Yes.

For whatever reason, Ford makes it an optional process to have the sticker from the factory or not..at no charge.

The sticker is located under the hood of the truck and it is on all F150s. The CA emission option is actually a certificate that comes with the truck. For CA it is a “simple” process of having the truck weighed and going to the DMV, even without the cert. But some states like NY and CT (IIRC) require the cert no matter what, so you have to have the CA emission options selected for those states or you cannot register it there.
