Long story short. In 5 years I put 1600 miles on my car. I took her out for a cobra meet Sunday and I'm just not into it anymore. I love looking at the car and cleaning it... That's it.

She owes me nothing and I think it's time to move on. The car is in near perfect condition minus a couple of scratches, needs a clutch and rear tire's.. So $1500.00 and she's perfect again.

Quick set-up Tvs, Fore hat, Gt-pumps, Dual fpdm, Bassini mid length with matching X into Magnaflow, killer chiller, H&R...

Your typical 625/585hp top line parts with 22,000 miles

What do you guy's think price point?

Car looks gorgeous.

I'd start somewhere between 29-31k.

Hard time of year to sell a vert.

Mods look good, but clutch needing replaced will scare off a bunch of buyers. Most people aren't willing to tackle that job them selves.

I say 23-25k if the clutch is good to go.

Pros - 18inch AFS, Good mods, low miles

Cons- Vert, clutch

Very good looking car!! GLWS!

agreed needing a clutch is going to hurt the resale value a little bit

Car looks really nice. I would say around $25K, maybe a couple more with a new clutch and depending on time of year you actually list.

Wrong time of the year to sell a vert. If you don’t need the money wait till spring. Like others have stated I’d have the clutch fixed first. It will scare off buyers money and not wanting to do it themselves.

It sucks donkey balls because that clutch is 6 years old w/ maybe 4,000 miles .. Its a twin disk McLeod and the pressure plate failed and is dragging the clutch...

Clutch is easy for me because I work in service at a ford dealer.. I'll wait for Lethal black Friday and get a clutch and put it in before winter.. I have a extra flywheel I'll send out to McLeod and have them put a new insert in it.

I agree I'd want to sell it in perfect condition... So aside from rear tire's $27,000 ?

Depends on how fast you want/need to sell. I agree, replace the clutch.

I'd start higher on price, you can always go down.

28-29k. But I wouldn't even sell mine at that price, lol.

If I was you I’d never sell yours unless you got some stupid offer you couldn’t refuse that actually planned out unlike the DQ thread. You got to much blood, sweat, and tears in the RF Cobra and it’s done right.

I know.. I've been through so much to get this car in perfect condition. Many of days and nights spent just wiring in the Dual fpdm and hiding all the interceptor gauge wiring behind the dash.. Attention to detail was always spot on!!

It's far far from stock, but it's on par to the standards that WE have set on Svtp!!!

Beautiful car and it looks well done. I'd start high and let the market dictate the selling price. There is a buyer for every car. Personally I prefer verts over coupes, that's why I waited to find mine.
If you dont get any offers that you like hold onto it and try again later

My car is similar and I'd ask $30K, but realistically you may not get that. I paid $22,500 for my car with 17,500 miles on it a year and a half ago.

Nick - you'd be crazy not to list that car for a premium price....it demands it. Regardless of what the moronic FB crowd says, nice cars always bring the money. Fix the clutch and I'd list it at 28. As mentioned, I wouldn't worry about the tires..let the new owner deal with that.

I am sorry to see it go.

You know, I'm starting to think that FB crowd is really nothing but good negotiators. If I were to post my car and ask for $30K. I would get ripped, talking about how I'm asking for too much but the same peopel will be sending me DM's asking me when can they come see the car.

It's crazy over there with the fighting that happens when someone lists a car for sale.

^^^^ yeah sometimes I'll read those fb comments for entertainment. Could be right about the negotiating, but I think a lot of them are just haters that are jealous they can't afford it or trying to make themselves feel better somehow. Although some OP's are off in lala land with their listing, most negative comments are just from trolls.

I'd pay more slightly more knowing the car was super well taken care of and modded right. That being said, I would think a 25-30k range wouldn't be too crazy to ask. Start high to leave room for negotiation.

If I ever sold mine, I wouldn't even consider listing on FB. 99% of the guys on there beat the hell out of you for your asking price no matter what it is.

If tires are bald, change them too. Especially if the rears are really worn out, but fronts are perfect. If I was a buyer, I would wonder how bad car has been beat on because of this. If you really want a premium price for a premium car, why leave a loose end?

Vert or tin top, being in New England, ABSOLUTELY wait until spring.
