I would like to install my ethanol gauge and need to plumb in an ethanol sensor. Does anyone know

1. The connection type & size of the factory fuel line to stock fuel rail?
2. The connection type & size of the factory fuel hat to the factory fuel line?

Thanks

Ford uses those push lock connectors. Not sure how your ethanol sensor plumbs in, but you may have difficulties using the stock lines. Might have to go with some AN fittings.

Thanks. I know they are a push type efi fitting, but I believe there are a few different types ( maybe QD, QDF, or CL & 3/8” or 5/16”)

Russell catalogs theirs as a "push-on EFI" and are part numbers 644123 and 644133 for a female adapter for the factory fuel rail and fuel pump male connectors.

Do you have a return style fuel system or factory?
Return will be much easier but either way you want the sensor in the return line or after the rail. The sensor can restrict flow (even if very very small) so the theory is to have it in the return or area to minimize flow.
Good luck, it’s a great idea.
