I think I used Duplicolor caliper spray paint. And then I added high heat Clear to them. They aren’t perfect but they turned out good. The only thing I’d do diff is spend the extra for zinc plated rotors. They look horrible now.

As far as cooling goes it has dual electric fans I got from the junkyard. It’s controlled by the Volvo relay/BMW temp switch method. Cost me less than $100 and the car has never overheated in the South Ga heat. Still has heat and AC. I had to go with a universal coolant overflow which is in the pass wheel well. Car also has a 3G alternator upgrade.

I need to see if I can find something to plug the brake line so I dont lose all the fluid or get too much air in the system so I can remove em and clean up good before trying to repaint. Doing it on the car I brushed it on before

Well it’s been a little while. Finally got around to installing the Mach 1 Chin spoiler on the car. Also went and got the alignment done. They replaced the inner tie rods and re did my bump steer kit while they were at it. She drives nice and straight now. Next up is my new cheap amp to power all the new speakers haha.

Did they actually measure and adjust the bumpsteer curves or did they just install the bumpsteer kit? I'm just curious if there are actually shops that do that.

I’m not sure. But the place that didnit is awesome. I’m assuming though they just adjusted it to be parallel with the A arm under load.

Now I’m getting ready to redo some of the interior I just can’t decide if I want to keep it grey or go black. I think the Blackwould look better but in South Ga it would get Hottttt!

Some matte blackish blue with flat clear might really look great. In the pic on my phone there’s a hint of a bluish tint and I think it looks great.

The car is blue but whoever sprayed it did a crappy single stage job. So over the years it has faded until it’s a flat dark blue almost purple color. Honestly the car is prob going white or some sort of blue. I have Kona and fox Royal Blue as leaders.

Well got the dash switched over to black. I went with a new dashpad, polished the gauge lens, added LED bulbs to the dash and painted the gauge needles orange. Oh and I had some audio friends dial in the stereo system since I added the amp. It’s nice to be able to cruise and rock out.
