Bumpers and sideskirts are done being prepped. It shouldn't be too long before this car sees paint.

Well it's time to catch y'all up on some pictures that I have gotten from the painter. Supposedly we are on track for me getting the car back by my birthday on August 17th. We shall see...

I remember when you saved this car, and started the build.

I had just bought my 98 cobra. I was about to start college (at 21). HG popped on my cobra months later, and your thread inspired me to build it.

That was 20 cars (no joke) ago. As of today, I've been married for a year, held a bachelors for 5 years, owned a house for two years, and am talking kids.

And here you are, still plugging away on this car. Good lawd. Good job brother.

Well that is already a vast improvement!

Why yes. Yes it is. Closer and closer. I need to get my butt into gear and get everything powdercoated.

Looking good, can't wait to see her all put together.

Thanks!

Wow, time flies when you're having....fun? We just recently moved into a new house and partly the reason was for having a permanent place to store the BAB.

Sorry for the lack of updates, this past month has been hectic on my schedule. Took a few quick snaps before the car went under a cover. I should be making a few parts orders soon & we'll get the motor & trans back in the car. After that it'll be taken to the house where I can spend more time working on it.

For the past month yes as my shop is too busy for it to be taking up a bay. It'll be coming home in the next few weeks where it will be stored inside permanently.
