Wife met a semi and got windshield broken. Question is, the truck has 5” lift and 35’s and tall AF. Is that tricky for installer?

I’m sure you will be fine. Just check after to make sure of no scratches. They should have a ladder or equipment to get up and do it.

I just replaced the windshield in my 2014 FX4, this is a late reply I’m sure your windshield has long been replaced. But I was surprised by the cost difference from an OEM $500 and an aftermarket $300. The only difference I can see is the aftermarket doesn’t have Ford spelled out in the top center with the black dots. I went with the aftermarket and saved $200, I know it’s a Ford don’t need the dots to tell me that. Ha ha
