When Ford first displayed the new "snake" logo, I liked it much better than the original so I ginned one up to share. The PDF is attached and this is what it looks like:

<laughing> 4V, I TRIED to correct the typo but apparently, while you can edit a post, you can't edit the title.

Sorry about not having a "SNAK" for ya. :)

BTW, the plan for this decal is to go on the rain tray. I plan to put clear vinyl over the decal and I hope the heat doesn't deform it.

Here's a shopped version of an open hood with a decal.

2nd semester art student vector art. It's not bad, but I prefer the older one.

Then again, this fat boy existed in the 60's... Look at it. Look how fat that chunko snek is. FAT SNEK. Looks like it ate Amy Schumer.

CV: Amazing how much technology has influenced items like the old "snek," huh? That one is downright UGLY.

For illustration purposes, I think the '13/'14 sneks look great but I do think the new one is sexier and, of course, it matches the car. Also, for the vinyl cutters, the new version is MUCH easier to weed.

Don't you call my fat snek ugly! :) It was only fat because the damn FEs in those cars weighed like 760lbs! Hahaha!!!

Over twenty years ago I swapped on an Edelbrock aluminum intake for the cast iron anchor on a 390 my father had and couldn't believe how heavy the OE unit was.

It's a massive chunk of iron. I believe the stock 390/428 intake is 82lbs, bare.

Funny though, the FE has a rep for being a heavy motor, but with an aluminum intake and heads, it's just below 600lbs fully dressed. It's not that bad all things considered. That intake though... Thing is a hog.
