What belt should I use with a 2.93 and 100mm Metco idler?

I'm trying to get a belt to fit and I can't figure it out. I have a 74.5 and the stock belts. I also have a Metco 100mm dual BB idler and 3 90mm LFP pulleys.

According to this chart from the Billetflow website:

With Single Snub Idler and Bracket Kit

Pulley Size.....Belt Size..
3.10...............74.5"....
2.93...............74.5"...

When I tried the stock belt, it won't fit with the 100mm idler and the 3.1. I don't have the 2.93 yet but, according to this, the 74.5 should fit with the 3.1 pulley but it doesn't so I can't see how the 74.5 will fit the 2.93.

According to CobraBob's site: Belt Length Chart

A 2.9 pulley, with idler and 100mm pulley should use a 75.5' belt.

Also, the Billetflow site says the stock belt is 75.1 and the CobraBob site says the stock belt is 75.5.

What sizes are you guys running with the 100mm idler and a 2.93?

Thanks

The prior owner had a stock belt, 2.76 pulley and two 100mm idler pullies. Does anyone know if the stock belt is a 75.1 or 75.5? Google searching the part number does not give me the length.

Thanks

The stock size should work I have a 2.2 kb with 3" pulley and 100mm auxiliary idler and 3 -90mm idlers it fit great no belt slip. You might get belt slip with the 75.5 belt.

I'll order the 75.5 from Amazon and test fit it. I still have the stock size so I'll see which fits best.

This is the belt I have and when I google it, it says this is the stock replacement. I’m wondering if the 755 means 75.5 length?

Next time, consider using a Gates Green Belt. A much better belt, especially wrapped around that pulley.

Next time is sooner than I thought. The stock belt is chirping so it's time for a new one. I'm going for the Gates. I don't see a green but I see a RPM.

I've used the Gates green in the past and while it worked I'm not a total fan. Most seem to start chirping at first start up. My guess is it's because it's a little stiffer belt. It's designed to run 100k miles in a big truck. It's not made for what we're using them for.

I think the RPM is a good choice. I plan on getting one once I have everything dialed in.

RPM it is. I’ll put in the order at RockAuto.

Thanks
