and the weight removal? I can remove roughly 200lbs from that 4225 easily, without sacrificing any daily comforts, but you guys wont bet that either. id have to bet something like 650+ lbs or some stupid shit

Cman wants to bet 2 random people on a random road with a random "test"

Nobody was betting on how much weight can be pulled out of this car and keep some resemblance of an interior with comfort stuff still intact, your other friend mentioned 500lbs. and that is a stretch, a hell of a stretch. Your estimated 200 lbs. weight loss on this car "could" be done I'll give you that but it's gonna cost a ton since a guarantee of that weight loss is going to those CF wheels and would be possible only if you are starting with a base car.

Now let's remind all the people here with that stupid bet that you wanted to do with me, you stated that this GT500 CFTP car could beat a 19 ZR1 at VIR doing the Lightning lap and we were going to compare 1/4 mile times once the mags test the car and compare to ZR1 1/4 mile times but you wanted an owner to owner race on the dragstrip between the 2 cars. At the time I didn't have a ZR1 so you wanted me to trust "random" people to run a ZR1 on this race and put money on it. So what you stated above about me betting 2 random people to run this test is BS on your part. You wouldn't even guarantee that your GT500 would be stock when they run while the ZR1 would be stock...………...not that I'm worried about that a ZR1 should still kick your ass ALA the driver knows what he's doing in the Chevy and you don't go stupid outrageous in major mods and not disclose.

Well, guess what I did stay away for a bit since I was busy selling parts, selling cars, and BUYING a new ZR1!!!! I don't need someone else to drive one to kick your ass I'd be happy to put you and your overweight Shelby in your place. Your only chance in getting it done is the fact that I don't have bad knees so I went M7 but I would have no problem testing my launching and shifting skills against your finger flicking DCT any day of the week.

2019 ZR1 at a "heavy" 3700 lbs/755hp = 4.90lbs/hp < this # gets better if the weight is less and it usually is
2020 GT500 4225lbs/760hp = 5.56lbs/hp

ZR1 near 50/50 weight distribution
GT500 56/44 weight distribution

ZR1 0-100-0 9.9-10.0
GT500 0-100-0 10.6

Your car is outclassed and if you insist on it being different you're just fooling yourself.

If your ZR1 is manual, theres a thread in CF talking about a manual ZR1 ZTK (big wing) on the scales, its 3615lbs with a full gas tank. Safe to say with a 1/4 tank this is a sub 3525lb car. Thats a good weight when added with 755hp.

Good choice on the manual, if you keep it I see the value of that going up. Last top dog front engine Corvette with a manual. Maybe GM brings back a manual for the C8, but its now mid engine.

Billy J stated the red car was bone stock on oem Cup2's so where credit is due..., its looked mighty impressive. Its just too bad we only have one lap time from years ago to base it off.

He also said the red car had a passenger during those laps and that the car had turned faster laps than the ones in the video.

Well if you knew how to give a simple answer I wouldn't have to keep assuming. My question still stands but Im certainly not holding my breathe. I fully expect more beating around the bush with nonsensical Kyle style typing.

How are you removing 200lbs from your car? And why would you? Thought the weight was fine?

So what is the best for over/under? you havent stated terms yet, other than beating all records

Poors? A gt500??? Lol tf outta here, maybe if you were flexin with a 720s.
$72k car? Meeeehhh

His youtube is called poor mans garage..

He's gone full angry, and for what, some critisism from people who dont even hate the car like he thinks. Should see his posts on 6G. "Im the last person you want to take a tone with here" lol... What a tool.

He made some friends quick here I see...... LMFAO!!

so whats our bet again?

I must have missed a lot.

1x1

Yet LostCock keeps calling people “poors” outside of smackdown??

Wtf you talking about, its grade 1 simple, will the gt500 beat the acr lap times at those tracks. Whether its .0001sec or 20 seconds.

Gt500 has the acr by 45 seconds at button willow short or I’ll eat my hat.

(I get to sabotage the acr first)

Lol just went back to 6G to read this same thread over there and the only word in their vocabulary is "hater" when literally nobody is hating on the car besides calling it heavy. Talk about land of the cucks. Beware of talking trash to Voodoo, he's not to be messed with.

If the car's performance outdoes its current weight status, then it should not be an issue as I see it, kind of deal with it attitude viewpoint and that is what every one will be talking about. Every week we are getting new information about it's performance and that is grabbing attention now, not the weight.

Exactly. They are the ones relaying bad info constantly then when they steal info from dbk the put their watermark on the quote and pretend it’s theirs.

Why the hell has Ford not released official performance numbers ???????? Are they waiting for the public to produce them?

If Ford releases numbers that no one can hit, like Dodge, then people rip them for it. If Ford takes the time and effort to hit X numbers and the public improves them, Ford wasted their time. The car will speak for itself, why not let it.

It also sounds like they are still working on the 500 specific cup 2 compound which billy said wont be beat by any aftermarket tire... Probably a 40TW slick with cup 2 grooves in it and a 100TW stamp.
