well cobras don't have autos so that'd mean it'd have to be a GT or v6 ECM right?

That looks like a Blue Streak Part Number. Checking that number comes up with it being for a 96-97 T-Bird or 96-97 Cougar. Their website shows the Part Number for a 97 Mustang as ECC1414MU. What are the numbers on your original ECM? There should be several. The Ford Part Number will look something like "F7ZF-12A650-KE". There should also be a couple of other numbers which identify things like programming.

Okay so today I pulled spark plug 8, 7, and 6 number 8 plug was dark and number 7 and 6 were white. I’ll post a picture of them. I also took the manifold off to check for messed up gaskets and stuff and then I realized they put intake manifold runner control imrc delete plates on the car does anyone know if these are good or can cause this problem and what does the darkness of spark plug 8 and the clean white of spark plug of 7 and 6. Number 8 is the first plug going from left to right.
Thank you

Well sadly today we did another compression test cylinder 8 had like 35 psi , the rest were good but how do I tell if it’s a valve or something like that and not the cylinder

I understand my block is different
But I was in this shoe
I went with heads as issue is more common as more moving items.

Odds are good in valve train being cause now and you caught it before more damage as in head gasket leak and it’s destruction on cylinder walls
