That gen Cobra had issues with Crystal White paint peeling to primer. Friend of mine had a 97 with that issue.

Old episode, they got the guy the next day. Sent a nice little team of police to his house and dragged him out. They really wanted that guy bad since it was for felony aggravated assault on a police officer.

This. Yeah, I saw the original episode, too. Couldn't believe what the idiot did. The cop was okay, but I wanted SO much for the clown to get caught. Which soon happened! That cop was fortunate it didn't go real bad.
The officers are both lucky it didn't go worse. I would have let him take off and just begun the chase, it isn't getting ran over by a 3k+lb vehicle. Glad they caught him at a later date.
