Couple side shots and then it’s getting tucked back in.

Can’t thank you enough for sharing the build with us.

Thing is deadly.

Fine print: not sure if I’ll use it or how I’d properly incorporate it without being distracting or disrupting the flow, but I just had to get one just in case :D

We have to use it that lid it is amazing! Thanks to someone stumbling across it (wink wink not saying any names LOL)! We have to there is no way around it!! If I have to kick you in the knees and brake them I will don’t make me do it LOL. JK but seriously

In my opinion leave it the way it is and wrap the roof with satin black and leave the wing the color of the car it will flow just fine. #wehavetodoit. LOL

one thing is for sure....you know I'll obsess over the decision before making it. Much like the hood, I have to see it on the car to know exactly what I want to do with it. It's not just about putting cool parts on a car, it has to enhance the car's overall presence

Maybe an idea to flow the hood, roof, and trunk. Another SUPER rough chop...second hood I chopped + carbon roof wrap + trunk with carbon exposed on the top of the lid as shown below.

Here’s what I know I won’t do; I won’t combine real carbon with carbon wrap. A car this caliber needs “pot commitment”. If I was doing the roof it needs to be a true carbon panel. With that said I’m giving serious consideration to your idea of keeping the top surface of the decklid raw carbon and letting the spoiler be the break line. GREAT idea

Thanks man. I think that would be an incredible look; I have no idea your budget but if that's what you want (and clearly a brilliant idea ;)) what the Hell is another few hundred bucks at this point? Hell, you emergency powder coated your k-member for Christ's sake. :D I just think the 'blotchiness' of having the carbon hood, painted roof, and carbon lid wouldn't tie in right. Your decision but I think your anal retentiveness with the project will show you the light.:p Not to mention there won't be another new edge in the country that has the same look you pull off.......
