Don't like that slow down over the state. Last thing anyone needs is anything that resembles Harvey.

Runs starting to nail down a path:

I was worried it was on a line to SC coast per usual. Looks like S FL is taking this one for us. I swear, GA some how always dodges the bullet. It's either SC, NC, or FL. Every. Single. Time.

Get yourself prepped fellas. Don't fool around with this stuff.

No bottled water to be found in Fort Lauderdale. People should just own one of these:

Whichever model better resolves the strength of the ridge to north of Dorian will have the best track, that will be the thing to watch today/tonight. From what I"m seeing from the Euro this morning is that they strengthened the ridge from what they had it yesterday, hence the recurve

We started talking about Dorian in the Random Weather Thread

Florida bro's lets get ready.

I'm up in the panhandle, haven't really been paying attention to where this ting is going but I'm sure we'll get an absurd amount of rain and probably some time off from work lol. Seems like the past few years these hurricanes have a hard on for florida lol.

Best of luck guys...

Though I'll be honest, I have always wanted to see what the ocean looks like just prior to an arm breaking land. Got close one time and it was otherworldly.
