Read both articles and watched the video.

No racial slurs. @GT Premi is crying again for no reason.

Just because the articles both say " White man shot a black man in self defense" does not mean it was racially motivated.

Personally, if I see people parking like a complete asshole, or blocking a spot that is used for either emergencies or something else, I will say something, with or without my gun. No, it is not because I am "billy badass internetz guy" it is simply because I say what is right. It is also how you go about it and granted, the person involved had a gun.

However much I don't agree with taking a life over something so minuscule, no matter if Drejka was looking for a fight, or, kind of keeping an eye on his community despite not being law enforcement, that was a HARD shove from a much bigger guy.

Also, if ANYONE actually notices in the video -Mcglochton comes storming out of the store and immediately goes right after Drejka and pushes him damn hard, and once the guy is on the ground, he approaches him even more. It is only until Drejka drew his weapon that he backed up.

One can only speculate what could and would have happened, but, I see it as Mclochton was going to beat the crap out of Drejka, most likely because he was being a macho man protecting his woman.

All of this coould have been avoided if they either did not park in a spot to avoid any type of problem (I kind of think that they too were looking for problems by doing so and knowing what they are doing is illegal and wrong) and it also could have been avoided if Mclochton didn't come out and initiate the confrontation in such an aggressive manner that became physical. I am confident if Mclochton walked up and told the guy sorry and drove away, everyone would be going about their lives.

Two wrongs do not make a right.

I didn't say it was racially motivated, did I?! I said the murderer was using racial slurs. Stop being lazy and go read the beginnings of this thread where other articles were posted that the wife said the murderer was yelling racial slurs at her. And why is it that you people somehow expect black people to just say "yassa massa" and start backing down when y'all want to act the fool??? FOH with that mess. Yeah, the victim is dead, but the murderer is also going to prison because he wanted to be Billy Badass. Now he'll be getting all the ass kickings he deserves, and he won't have a gun to turn to. Poetic justice.

If somebody comes in my face trying to be Citizen Enforcer, yes, I'm punching them in the mouth. I don't care if they have a gun. Making sure my wife is taken care of is priority #1. If he shoots, I'll be dead and won't have another care in this world. My wife will become a wealthy woman. So... I win either way.

I'm going to say this, when you been pointed out over 4 times on causing trouble at this store, due to getting in peoples faces and telling them how you think things should be. Then yes he was causing problems that evolved into what you seen, all because he wanted to play neighborhood cop.

The one I totally blame for this is the store owner as he could of put a stop to this simply by barring Drejka from the establishment after the 2nd run in and told to pack his bags and not to return. But for what ever reason he didn't.
The store owner could’ve criminal trespass Drejka at some point, however the resulting actions of the belligerent shooter is not the store owner’s responsibility.

I agree with what you stated. However, I think the store manager or a patron may have told McLochton that his girlfriend was being harassed or verbally assaulted in the car. A reason why he may have stormed out of the store and react the way he did.

So, in other words, you're going to do all the mental gymnastics possible to make the murderer look innocent of a situation that HE INSTIGATED IN THE FIRST PLACE. Saying the victim "shouldn't have parked in the handicap spot" is beyond disingenuous. Classic blame-the-victim tactic. I guess women who get raped shouldn't have went to the place where it happened or worn what they were wearing. I mean, if she didn't go there and/or dress in a way that provoked the rapist... It's not the rapist's fault he couldn't control his impulses brought on by what a woman wears. He was providing a community service by punishing women who don't dress the way moral "laws" say they should. If she had dressed more modestly, she wouldn't have been raped. Right?

You can go off the rails sometimes but this is some next level Amtrak type shit here.

Well, if you want to come at me with racial slurs, I won’t continue this conversation.

No one here made it racial until you did with calling me “ you people”

Stop playing the victim.

Just for the record, if someone comes up and simply says “hey, why are you parked in the handicapped spot or blocking a driveway or something” you’re going to just punch them
In the mouth? Who is billy badass now?

Have fun continuing to call people here racists yet ignoring you’re one too. Pot meet kettle.

There it is! The classic "stop playing the victim" deflection tactic! Comes out literally every time. Please explain how I'm "playing the victim." To your question; it's irrelevant because I wouldn't park in a handicap spot unless I had a placard, and I wouldn't block a driveway unless I was remaining with my car. If some schmuck comes getting in my or my wife's face all belligerent, yes, he's asking for a face full of fist; especially if he has no legal interest in said driveway.

Simple - You said "why do you people expect us to say yes massa all the time" and then basically grouped me into this and made it about race now.

No one here mentioned anything bad about "black people" and of course, you come in here swinging saying the guy that shot them made racial slurs, when the first two main articles that reported this with nearly identical comments from Mclochton's girlfriend say nothing about being called racial names. Yet, you found something that is a racial slur, but, expect us to find it and take you on your word that it is now in a way, no matter how you put it, a racially motivated issue because a white guy said some racial slurs to a black guy.

You're playing victim by saying "you people" and saying "expect us to always say yes masa when you people say something to us".

Want to know what else comes out every time? All white people are racist. Black lives matter. The black guy didn't do anything wrong. The white man is the devil.

Years after years of you making racist comments to people here and always deflecting or never posting again. How the **** are you still here honestly? Any WHY??!?!?

@03cobra#694 - Cool to make racial comments to members now? Just curious man.

Books, I think this unfolded the way it did because each bully thought he had a decisive advantage. So, without the gun, I don't think shooter would have behaved as he did. On the other hand, if shootee didn't believe he had a decisive physical advantage , I think his approach to the matter might have been different as well.

But the real question is was the shooter really ever in place defined as "anywhere he has a right to be."...?
Considering his history, prior threats and actions..I say no. And that is the seed of it from the beginning.

Why would he not have a right to be in an establishment open to the public? Had he been PNG'd ?
