Nah, we’re going on 30 years of marriage. Till death do we part. We get along great, but it’s a weird strained time, but we’re good.
Good stuff.
I’m proud that my wife makes great money. Her “CVS money” is more on straight time than I make on overtime. I just work a lot more hours, so she hasn’t out-earned me since 2011.
It’s also a big factor in why the Shelby is in my garage.
The first few years, she had me doubled. She got outta retail pharmacy and I moved up a bit, so I've closed the gap. She still has me though too.

Now you're making me miss my first two year tour in Sicily.
Kind of a funny story along these lines:
When I was in college, I worked on a crew that framed houses and did remodeling. We had a project at this crazy house ripping out this brand new tile floor because he didnt like the color. The tile came from italy, I bet he had $100k in the tile alone. Also, he had a sick garage full of cars, a TT Callaway corvette and a super bird roadrunner stick out from memory but there were a bunch. I think he paid $250k for the latter but sold it because it scared his horses. But I digress.
Anyway, he had this smoking hot stay at home wife. Nice lady, she would cook us a sit down lunch every day. Anyway, every day about an hour before he would come home, she would start making herself up, did the hair, make up, nice skirt and blouse. First thing when he came home, she would give him a bath and then they would **** for a bit, then she would make him dinner. Every. Goddam. Day.

Actually (queue the “actually” nerd meme). A really good panino (singular) is a simple fresh baguette, with thin-sliced prosciutto crudo (cured ham) with a healthy slices of fresh mozzarella and a pinch of salt. The hard part will be locating fresh mozzarella. In Naples, that area is know for buffala mozzarella. We are ruined because of its awesomeness.

No but I wondered if this was some sort of exhibitionist thing. We would get this sort of thing often. Slut housewives that would dress in slinky outfits or show off fake tits. I bet most guys that have worked in the sector could tell you similar stories.

I’ve been working out of town the last few weeks and it’s similar for me every time.
Except instead of dressing up, bathing me, and giving me some ass, my wife turns her phone on in bed and I grope her until she shrugs me off and I go to sleep.

Some of you guys have it pretty good. I'm far from highly paid yet my wife makes less than half what I make so spending large amounts of money on "things" for her can get contentious.
The latest and greatest is an all inclusive trip to Mexico for her brother and sister-in-law's ceremony. Notice I didn't say wedding? Its because they've been married over a year already. Oh ya, we have a 4.5 month old baby that we just started paying daycare for so there isn't exactly thousands lying around for unnecessary vacations. We found a fairly good deal so I gave in but made it clear it's the last large cost I'm ever giving in for.
Ya, I know, I'll see how that goes but I've already let her know several times this vacation is delaying goals that we have and there will not be any further delays.
