Crappy aftermarket motor mounts

I had these motor mounts in my car for maybe 3000 miles, max. I bought them from Blue Oval Industries, but they look exactly like any other brand of aftermarket polyurethane motor mounts you can get for these cars. The poly material is already coming apart, as in the pictures. The metal part is basically cutting through the polyurethane as the motor twists under power. Anyone have this problem before? Would another brand be any better?

The reason I got them is that the stock ones let the motor move to much. The throttle position sensor on my Whipple crusher setup would hit the shock tower before I put the polyurethane mounts in. And I certainly wasn't going to use solid mounts.

The MM mounts look to be prothane as well.

I would add the prothane transmission mounts as well, then see how it goes.

Tried the MM mounts, same problem. The material is harder than the other mounts I tried, but can't overcome poor engineering. I ended up modifying the mounts by welding in a support tab to allow the engine side of the mount to grab more surface area of the poly material; it's working so far. I will end up making custom mounts using round bushings in the future.
