Its the gift that keeps on giving.
Started my car with my code reader and now its running even worse, I got two codes P1000 which is normal and now a new one which is P0406.
I did check my lower intake bolt and snugged them up they were too loose, and I was going to check my supercharger to Upper intake bolts but the fuel rail is in the way should have had those mechanic check them when they replace the injectors, but they didnt. I did find one that I could get to on the driver front and it is loose and must be stripped since it wont tighten up. I wonder if Ford did that when they installed the supercharger 4 years ago.
I dont even know where to start with this thing now.

Ouch.

If you can try and remove that 1 bolt and look.

Auto parts store has bolts but you need to add a washer. Unless bolt has them

Po406.
Dpfegr sensor.
Tiny box above drivers rear valve cover. Has 2 vacuum hoses going to exhaust behind drivers head.

I just replaced that sensor with a junk yard sensor saved a lot.

Po1000 was just drive cycle hasn’t finished

not oem bolt.

These may still be available new from ford.

You should be able to stick something in hole and see how deep.

I recall oem being longer around 2 1/2 inch long. With a long shoulder

Not saying a longer like those bling bolts wouldn’t work

And I see a member has offered some help.

That’s Awesome

Looks like that bolt was way over tightened and threads were stripped. I would recommend taking your vehicle to a good technician and let him figure out what the issues are. U might have to pay a modified car tax haha but at the end of the day he will figure it out.

That was the only issue huh? Nice
Yes it was back behind the supercharger so couldn't see it till we used the smoker. I guess with extra boost I need clamps on all my vacuum lines. Still got to remove supercharger to fix the stripped bolt even though it's not leaking there.
And probably didnt need new injectors so now I have an extra set .

you also did better than mobile mechanic.

Honestly there isn’t much on these motors at least to me.

That intake. Pull blower and all as one unit when you do

Tilt nose up at a 45 def angle than it will slide forward and up.

Clean the intercooler when it’s out.
This is a maintenance step.

Cooler will be covered in junk you be surprised how air goes thru.

Part of installing and getting max cooling for the killer Chiller is installing 2 12 inch fans in front of the condenser.
