That does look great!
Thanks so much guys! This build is of the utmost caliber and I am sincerely looking forward to the updates. It's gonna look KILLER when it's done.
Yep, ceramic coated OEM manifolds. Hellion utilizes them for their hotside. I spoke with them at length about using tubular headers and they insisted that they only gained around 7rwhp at 20lbs of boost by switching from the manifolds to headers. Plus the fit is better.Factory exhaust manifolds?
Lol I use a wire brush attachment on my drill and clean/polish each of them individually. OCD much?Did you have the valve cover bolts re zinc coated? They look very fresh.

Carpet looks great! Can’t wait to see this Car finished!!Got some interior work started. Carpet is 90% complete. Just a couple minor trims to make. Starting to look something like a carView attachment 1594161View attachment 1594162View attachment 1594163
I'm impressed by that. I like it.Wanted juuuust a bit of polish from the wheels and engine bay to carry on through the underside of the car so I spent some quality time polishing the driveshaft before we get it in the car in the next day or so. Will contrast all the black nicely. Every detail matters! Turned out pretty nice for being raw aluminum originally. View attachment 1594123View attachment 1594124

If it makes you feel better I "gently" set it on the concrete and wiped it afterwards with a fresh microfiber. We good? lolYou spend time polishing the driveshaft and then set it down on the rough concrete. WHY?
literal lol'sHe polished the concrete as well.
Plus the side laying on the ground will be installed on the top so you’ll never see it.
And I’m in favor of ‘titty city blue’. It’s a weiner of a color.
