no the pulley from the bracket. The bolt 14mm just doesn't want to come out. I used penetrating fluid and heat it up - no luck. I am guessing maybe my battery impact gun is not that powerful. Can't really use a breaker bar...
Post a pic of how you are try to do this...

Hey guys I need some help! I just bought a 4lb caged lower from a member on here. However I need the locking hub and I'm not sure if anyone is making them anymore? I'd like to buy one.

I'd really like to try running this setup and ditch the 2.6 upper!

I messaged the OP recently and he doesn’t have anymore locking plates. I’d be interested if he ran a batch of them as well.

The locking plate any machine shop should be able to knock out pretty quickly. It's the studs that were custom and difficult to get

What's the part number for the bushing? Reading back it was suggested to use this one 5546T56 McMasters website but that's 60 strength. I hear you now want to use an 80 strength and I didn't see that listed

I just took mine off after 500 miles, to give it a thorough inspection and clean it up. Even though there is no visible deflection in those bushings, I'm going to change them out for the 80 hardness.

Sweet thank you. I messaged CJMach428 and he said he's now running these... He said the hole is square and needs to be drilled out so it's a circle. dorman MTM 02601

That sucks. I'd definitely buy a couple of them. I guess I try running it without one...

Don't even try it as you can look back through this thread and see what happened to my lower in about 20 miles with out the locking plate. Check out post #222 on how I did the studs on my original prototype unit which is still on my car this way. I'll pm you about the locking hubs.

I've been looking for a caged 4" lower for a while but not having any luck. I would love to buy one if someone has one for sale!!! It's hard to make big boost without tons of belt slip running a 2.75" upper on a 3.4 Whipple.

Just keep an eye out in the Terminator section in the market. I made a WTB post and got one, they cost a pretty penny but for a reason. They're rare and very nice to have. There's a guy on here that will assemble them for a very reasonable cost too

I have one fully assembled and ready to go, minus the idler with the harder bushings from McMaster Carr. I have extra bushing material and original that came with purchase. Just never purchased idler from metco. I didnt plan on selling it, but need a few items for my whipple install. I pmd a gentleman that has a fuel system for sale to see if he's interested in trades. Brand new , never been ran. I bought setup new from OP. I'm open to offers. Thanks
