Anytime an inmate dies on a facility there is an investigation to what happened and how it could have been prevented. The COs involved will be questioned and if suspected of foul play will be arrested. They will look over the entire roster for the night and have to justify every assignment. The cell is a crime scene and roped off. Any and all documentation concerning him will be reviewed. The psych doctor will be interviewed. Cell search logs are gone over for how the noose was over looked.
