That RX7 is not mine. Wayne and Tim keep teasing me about that car, but sadly it is not mine. A list of my cars are at the bottom of this response and none of them is a gaudy drift RX7 El Camino. Nothing wrong with hot girls and fast cars, the only problem with both is that they have a tendency to leave you broke, tired and feeling kinda dirty -D).

My cars are all Fords (at least were) but the only one that is SVT worthy is the Cougar.

I'm trying to work on the car but other priorities have taken their position in my list of duties.

My wife said "We need a new water softener". (my house is falling apart after 18 years) I said "But honey, I JB welded the leak and it's holding up quite nicely!!" She said, "Get it done" so I spent the morning replacing the water softener, then the pool pump this afternoon. So I was able to get to the shop to work on the car this evening but all I got done was the oil change and the set-up stands are leveled at the lift for corner balancing. I need to set the front sway bar and get to Marv's for the tune. Not to mention my Vegas trip with my Bro-in-Law and my nephew for his 21st b-day. All before the SNW event. So I will No Doubt, be ill prepared this year. Fred's going to spank me like a redheaded stepchild once again! But I should be used to it by now! :cryying:

This stuff takes time I tell you!! :dw:

Sorry to bring back an old thread but is this the same 2000 R? I bought my uncles 03 Redfire Cobra and he sent me some photos of one of the races. This event happened to be the SVTOA Event at the Autobahn in Joliet Illinois March 2005.

I happened to search for the #177 and this thread came up. If it is then that's pretty cool because that is my Redfire 03 behind it with my Uncle driving.
