Hard to imagine that happening! Don't get me wrong, the diavel is a low 10 second bike maybe even a high 9 with perfect conditions but the vmax pulls like an angry freight train in every single gear. The power of the diavel is over 5k, so I would imagine the 1/4 mile times being close (within a half second) but the vmax traps in the 140's, the diavel mid 130s.

@Swine

It was on the streets. The guy is a trackjunkie who would pick on amateurs lol

Never knew those Vmaxx's were putting out that kind of power. Sounds like it'd give my sportbike a run for it's money, I kinda doubt that due to the weight difference but ya never know.

The Diavel is stunning in person, those pics don't do much for me but I've seen one in person and they look crazy good in person.
You guys have some really really nice toys btw.

Proper setup and they run 9s all day. Some have hit 8s

V-max's can get out the hole real strong against a sport bike but sportbikes 750's and higher almost always trap higher and win roll races. But the Vmax hits you like a pound of bricks with insta power everywhere and lights up the rear tire rolling into it to aggressively in an awesome display of power. The vmax is akin to something like a hellcat. Big, heavy, sledge hammer power, and comfortable.

Before and after my PCV install on 93. This was on top of a full exhaust and nashflash.

But without a doubt ive seriously considered selling for a X Diavel. I think they are the sexiest sport cruiser bar none. Vmax's are not the most attractive things around, you really need to be an engine guy to love them.

I've owned both generations of vmax and loved the straight line performance of them. My second gen vmax would edge out on the straights over my friends diavel to 120mph but after that both bikes are equal. On the twisties the diavel would leave the vmax for dead. I found the diavel to be a better all round muscle bike than the vmax there was a big weight difference between the two.

I know little about bikes, but that XDiavel S is a stunner. I can’t imagine going anywhere on one of those without turning heads.

Oh yes ....on bar night cruises the diavel was a head turner ...only the full custom choppers received more attention than the diavel.

What kind of coffee do you typically ride it to Starbucks for?

Jk jk (running Ducati joke for those curious).

But for real, those bikes are slick as ****. I remember my first encounter with one...it was a coach a track day at NCCAR/NCBike coming around the outside of me like I was sitting still in the light bulb (this was before I got a little faster).
