Unfortunately two more people have passed in the past hour in El Paso, so it's 22 dead now.
And when it comes to why someone should have an AR or AK, why should we have handguns?
If your goal is to keep people from being shot and killed the tool used in nearly all gun related homicides and suicides is some sort of handgun.
If 18-21 is too young, what the hell has the military been thinking?

I don't recall the shooters at the California festival and Virginia Beach labeled "terrorists."
Would you believe that some people use ARs to hunt with? Cuz they do. And they aren't chambered in lame ass 223 either
I have 2 5rd mags for my AR that use for hunting coyote on occasion
Guess what though...there are several semi auto rifles available for hunting that come in everything from 22lr to 300 win mag...but they aren't black and scary sooo. Remington 7400, ruger, browning bar, and a few others make them and they are damn nice
1. Just because you and these terrorists/murderers/mentally unstable people are not mature enough to own a firearm doesn’t mean other people are.
I have had guns in the house the day I was born. Started shooting at 8, was given my first rifle at 12, joined the Army at 17.

Look, we understand your wrists are not adequate to hold a firearm but others do not suffer that affliction. You want to live on your knees, fine. Don’t expect others to do so. Want to live without firearms? I’m sure there is multiple stabbings in France right now to free up some room.

This. There are plenty of perfectly capable semi-autos but it's all about how they look that gets the reaction. Hell, you can put 30+ round mags in handguns or even a 50 round drum. The response time to treat that many people will result in a lot of casualties no matter what is used.
You don't see mass shootings in other countries but that hardly tells the story - compare stabbings, running people over with vehicles, bombings and even acid attacks. Then go look at violent crime rates when criminals no longer need fear their victim.
Young adults used to bring their hunting rifles in their truck to school every day, it was incredibly rare that anyone got shot. People have changed and not for the better. I'm not saying nothing can/should be done but to blame the tool used is an easy, knee jerk reaction to the problem that ultimately won't help much.

No, it is reported on but called "Gun Violence". These clowns switch back and forth at will. When people are killed with something other than guns, they ignore it altogether. Their goal is simple: Total and complete one party control over every aspect of our lives.
Or any of the gang thugs for that matter even though their very intentions is to strike terror into their enemies.
People trained in spotting concealed carry can spot it easily just based on cues you don't even know you're presenting.
Okay. I'll stir the pot on this photo. If this photo is accurate, we have a very high number of black people conducting these types of shootings (a little over half). If the U.S Census Bureau is accurate, blacks make up about 13% of the US' population. I'm not insinuating anything other than what I've observed.... In before someone says, "OP is a racist."
I count almost 65 of those people in the photo as black, and less than 20 being white.
