LOL at this, id imagine the vast majority of ferrari owners under 40 have instagram and flaunt their wealth/cars in their post. On top of that, by them sending the letter it will get him even more followers. I'd also like to know what "goodwill" is attached to their brand. There is literally zero practical reason to own one other than showing the world you have "f u money" :p

“In these pictures, Ferrari’s trademarks ore used again for promotional purposes of your brand and products, unlawfully appropriating the goodwill attached to them. You behaviour, however is even more harmful and serious in this case.

Ferrari’s trademarks and model cars are associated in your pictures with a lifestyle totally inconsistent with Ferrari’s brand perception, in connection with performers making sexual innuendos and using Ferrari’s cars as props in a manner which is per se distasteful.

This behavior tarnishes the reputation of Ferrari’s brands and causes Ferrari further material damage.”

It's a two way street

Realistically the badge shouldn't be in the picture with his shoes/advertisement. He doesn't have rights to that.

Even if he owns the car, he can't advertise his products using their brand/logo without licensing.

But on the other hand, the man owns the car. So it could go both ways.

I can’t see what he is posting but if he is using there logo In a digitized format I can see their point.

On the other hand if he is wearing branded Ferrari clothing and using the car in videos I think they will have a harder time doing anything. If they don’t like it make buyers sign a contract whenever they buy a car from a Ferrari dealer not to post.

I love how they haven’t won an F1 race all season.

Or a championship since 07

Well, they did lose the best driver of all time who was likely making up for some deficiencies in their cars. Now that they have lesser drivers, their designs are getting exposed. It's just amazing they still haven't got things turned around with the budget they have.

The Italian automaker is currently involved in a stupid tiff with a wealthy German fashion designer whose aesthetic sensibilities seem to be based on the result of mixing Red Bull and puréed Euro notes with the collected crotch sweat from a Berlin discotheque

LOLOLOL

Guy's style is.....questionable. Then I remember he's European.

and double lol at Ferrari for 'getting mad their owner is a pompous asshole'

Dude's got a BRIGHT GREEN 812. Think he gives a shit?

He sells shoes and shirts, trying to sell a "life style brand"

He poses with his cars, hot models, cool clubs and vacation sites. Buy his shoes and you can be baller like him.
