Air fried chicken drumsticks, summer squash, cabbage slaw, small glass of Cabernet. Dessert was lemon custard with kiwi, strawberries, and peaches slices on top. Yum!

How do you like the air fryer? I saw it advertised by Emeril Lagasse and was interested since it appears to be a lot less greasier than traditional fried foods.

I had one and used it only pretty much for french fries/tater tots and chicken breasts for my little Bella.
It does definitely keep the grease down.

Great to hear, Brofessor!

I miss my buddy. I always talk to him every time I pass by him when I cut the grass. He's under the big pine tree out back where he always laid in the shade and watched me.
Thanks Brochacho, I appreciate it.

That sucks about Buddy. How old was he and how did he pass?
My last dog Jenna, is buried out in the backyard as well.

Ray was 13 and the vet came out to the house to put him down.

He had been going down hill fast in the last couple of weeks and I told him to tell me when he was ready. He stopped eating the day before the vet came out.

When I look at the pictures of him from the day before, I can see it in his eyes.

Here he is in better days:
